Problem with Scarlet/Violet Book after using PKHeX (Bug)

After using the item editor without modifying any key items, I opened my game and realized that the scarlet book I received from Professor Sada after the secret cutscene on the crystal lake at Kitakami was gone, and instead I had the one the player receives during the main story.

I think the problem is that both books have the same name in PKHeX as you can see in image 1, so maybe the solution could be to just do the same thing that has already been done before with items with the same name and put a number between round brackets to differentiate them, like the item in image 2.
