Activate Pecharunt event with PKhex

I'm trying to get the event, everyone is saying that you only need the item and no flag check, but I have it and it doesn't do anything.

I already beat terapagos, do I have to do another thing in game like the penny side quest ?

If I remember correctly, have the item in your bag. Make sure the entire Terapagos storyline has been completed. Go talk to the peach figurine at the shop in Kitakami.

if it still doesn’t happen then I have no idea

Yeah it didn't work I don't know what i'm missing
