GBA cartridge 3rd generation on a ds lite

Hello, i have a Emerald pokemon cartridge but i want to edit the save file of the gba cartridge, someone else know about a .nds file which can do that?

I tried with Pokemon Chest, but shows me an error,

Follow this to dump the save on your cart (assuming it’s retail/legit)

Then use PKHeX on your PC to edit the save.
