Dss File

I exported it from a mobile emultaor and now I want to use it on my pc emulator, I think I need to convert it to a dsv file:
so im using this emulator : Fast DS Emultor For Android and the only way to export th backup files is as a dss file;  how can I  use that dss file on my pc emulator?

Don't find anything that looks like a save in it. Can't seem to find a converter online too.
