BUG Ogre Oustin' Munchlax has no Mark

Hi, I tried to use PKHex to generate the Ogre Oustin' Munchlax, and used a bot to trade it on my account. Despite it being legal, the Mark is absent from the Pokémon generated. Is this a bug? I just wanted to report this because 7* Tera Raid generated Pokémon have their marks with them.
