Can legal but rare Pokemon result in being banned from HOME?

I have two Switches: one has CFW, and the other doesn't. The non-hacked (OLED) Switch is the one I use HOME with, while I haven't even created an online account on the hacked one. My plan is to use PKHeX to create Walking Wake and Iron Leaves on a Violet save from my hacked Switch, then locally trade them over to my non-hacked Switch (I have the digital versions of Scarlet and Violet), and then upload them to HOME.

I've heard that local trades don't result in being banned by Nintendo as long as they're legal, but will uploading rare or unusual Pokemon (like using the same Trainer IDs from my digital S&V) to HOME result in a ban?
