How to get an Old Sea Map in Pokemon Fire Red?

Hey guys!
How is everyone? I hope well!

 

Well, as the title of this topic says, I would really like to know if there is any way to get an Old Sea Map in Pokemon Fire Red so I can get to Faraway Island.
I used the PKHeX program to put the item in my inventory, but when I arrive at the harbor of Vermilion City the game does not give me access to the aforementioned island.
I tried using WC3Tools, but when I talk to the person who is going to give me the item at Pokecenter, the person simply gives me an item with no name.

Could anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

The item is literally not programmed into the game, nor the event.

They are Emerald exclusive, so I reckon that’ll be what you’re doing wrong

Oh yes, I thought this item existed in Pokemon Fire Red, since a forum user posted a save containing this item in Fire Red.

Actually it does exist it just needs to be triggered as an event but that's impossible but I have a warp code for fire red here you go 9D8881228CFB57D88DEB234A 4C8DC5EC(This allows you to warp when you hold the R button while walking through a door)

Code is for Emerald, doesn’t work on FRLG.

Faraway Island only exists on Emerald (official, not ROM hacks)

Old sea map only exists in Emerald
