PKHex flagging every mon as illegal?

i started playing violet again on ryujinx after finally figuring out why the tera raids didn't work before but since this time i'm not using cheats i started using PKHex to inject event mon and complete my dex with the scarlet mon but i noticed every pokemon in my boxes are being flagged as with the cant not match origin game even for mon that i used herba and hunted legit in game are flagged with this error. i was reading the help threads and saw the thread says its a mix match of catch lvl and the lvl in the met tab but i've double and triple checked everything matches as it should. i also  didn't change anything to shiny that wasn't already catch as a shiny

Maybe you had some cheat active in the background that affected the stats generated.

Upload one of these Pokémon as an example. (Don’t upload the save)

0915 - Lechonk - C20DFFFFFFFF.pk9 i catch it in game but i noticed the stats was set to lvl 100 with 6 IVs on capture cause the cheats from when i first started, so im assuming it was between a IV cheat or lvl 100 modifier cheat

ok so after doing some investigation it definitely was a cheat that was altering them, after deleting the cheat folder completely i went into PKHex and remade some the mon i had and didnt get any errors besides the OT error with some the mon from older games like calyrex
