Gen 3 ネガイボシ Jirachi RNG manipulation

Hello. I've been trying to figure out if it's possible to RNG manipulate the ネガイボシ Jirachi from the Japanese distribution event. Pkhex reports its pid type as "BACD_U_AX" which according to a comment in the source code means "Event Reversed Order PID without Origin Seed restrictions, antishiny (nyx)". Using pokefinder, the only method that resembles that is a gamecube reverse pid method, but it doesn't seem to work. Is this method just not possible/implemented in any program? When generating a ネガイボシ Jirachi from the built-in mystery gift database, it does generate apparently legal pid combinations, so clearly pkhex itself knows how to do it.

Example .pk3 attached although it's just generated from pkhex. Any help would be appreciated.
