Binary is not compatible with Save help Emerald Version

I recently saved my Emerald cartridhe save file using GBA_backup_tool. However, now my cartridge is at new game and I can also not open the save file in PKHEX (Binary is not compatible with save file) . Wanted to state that my game is ORIGINAL and battery has runned dry as well. Here is the SAVE file. Is there anyone that can help me with my SAVE file.

How did you obtain this? Something is deeply wrong with your file. It is corrupted hence why it cannot be loaded.

Well like I used GBA_backup tool to extract my save data from my Emerald cartridge. Ever since that now my cartridge states that the data is corrupted and PKHEX can also not open it

yeah that save file is weird. Anyhow clean the contacts on your cartridge then try again I reckon.
