Need a good ROM download

Where can I find a good site, or even just download, where I can get a ROM for Pokemon Platinum for a Flashcard. Then how would I use Pokesav on it. thank you in advance...

If you do happen to get a ROM of Pokemon Platinum, you can open the SAV file with Pokesav Platinum. The flashcart will create a proper save file as soon as you run the game and save once within the game.

OBTW. You use Poksav on SAV files. Not ROMs. Just pointing that out.
