That's a relief as I'm not the only one.
Exactly same issue with my file as well.

Because your save is on 2.0.1 pokemon update and pkhex is not ready for new version yet (only 1.3.2 in last version). You need to wait to be able to edit your save.

@MaitreYoda8 No, and the developers don't appreciate it when people continuously ask this question. It comes out when it comes out, so your best bet is to periodically check the PKHex download page until whenever it the developers decide they'd like to work on/release it.
