Have you updated Poke Portal News via Mystery Gift option yet?

Also, are you sure you’ve unlocked Black Crystal Dens (6* raids)?

it worked I had to get the dark crystals also how would I use Mystery Gift option if the switch is banned ?

If banned you won’t be able to. Next option would be to import all necessary event files as we provided, then move the clock forward by one day.

No. That is something the raid random generates, it’s not info stored in the save.
