Invalid: Encounter Typer PID mismatch

Hello Friends, I have been using pkhex for a long time but in the latest updates all the pokemon that are not caught wild seem illegal to me from the beginning or those that the game gives away, for example in Fire Red the Snorlax that obstruct the routes, the lapras that they give you in Silph SA, the legendary birds, the voltor and electrodes of the electric plant among others, when that did not happen before.
Could you explain to me why?

Pokémon in certain games have “correlated stats” (stats generated from the same initial value), so if you haphazardly change any value without changing the whole chain of correlated stats, it can be observed that the value was changed by hacking (cause it no longer follows the predictable pattern).
