Can't select or change Gen 3 event flags

I am using a file I backed up from my Emerald cart using the GBA Backup Tool on a DS. When I go to change event flags, I can't check or uncheck any boxes. Nothing happens when I click anything in the list of flags. Any idea how to resolve this problem? Is this an issue with newer versions of PkHeX? I noticed the same thing on my Gen 4 files.

Do you have the same issue on the latest release?

Yea. I have both downloaded and I get the same thing on either of them.

I figured it out after hours doing boolean searches on Google for the issue. It was a scaling issue. It doesn't like 125%. Now everything works fine.
