Vivillon got marked illegal in Pokemon Scarlet

I bred this Vivillon in Ultra Moon, but it has became illegal after dropping it into Home, and into Pokemon Scarlet. Here's the pk9 files. Would anyone please give it a check and explain to me why this happened?
