Corrupt Pokémon Yellow save file extracted with GBxCart

Hi

Today I tried to extract my save file from my still working original Pokémon Yellow. I somehow managed to generate two separate save files, but PKHeX cant open either one. Sadly when I rebooted my game card on my Gameboy Color, the save file was gone... Can somebody help me and tell me whether I can restore my original save file from about 20 years ago with one of the two generated files? I have no clue what I need to look at...

Both files are junk data; if no save editor or emulator can use them, it's likely a bad dump (dirty contacts / bad dumper output).
