Pokemon violet Pokémon scarlet and violet helpy

Somewhat new this, I've been trying to get the old legendries into Pokemon Violet with no luck. (Moltres, rayquaza, mew,  so on) Could some send me files of Legal ones, because I know their possible. Because I seen it. 

Also could someone maybe tell me how to make a legal one.

Not possible.

There's no real transfer method into those games at the moment, hence why there's no legal copy of the previous gen legendaries.
