Text sizing with windows settings Ease of Access - Make text bigger

Newer versions of pkhex seem to have problems sizing text with windows settings "Ease of Access" / "Make text bigger" is set larger.

I tried making some changes -- the NET 7 refactor changed the scaling mode from Font to Dpi, so I have tried reverting this with the following commit:

It was included as a setting. Settings->Display->DisableScalingDpi

Change the setting, close and re-open the program.

Doesn't seem to work. I set it both ways and it's the same as the first post graphic. The test version above worked great.
