Shiny Gen 3 Latios and Mew Help

Wonder if anyone if anyone could please help me.

 

Im trying to change my Latios and Mew to their shiny versions but want them to be "legit" in PKHEX, yet I cant figure out how to find the right PID roll for it. I have tried everything and still cant figure it out.

 

If I upload the file, could anyone take a look for me? Would be greatly appreciated!

If you're willing to do modifications with PKHeX or any other third party software, your Pokémon can not be legit. Legal at best. Legit is something obtained legitimately in game, that remains unedited.

Anyways, this should be the tutorial you're looking for.
