PP up with ALM

when i use the ALM to try to make pokemon legal it sets all their moves to have 3 PP ups, is this a setting in the ALM plug in and is there a way to remove this? or do i have to go one by one to update them

The intent of ALM is to create something legal for fun battles between friends. Having 3 PP Ups is entirely legal, and there is no downside to having that many.

i know theres no downside, its more of trying to have uniformity in my boxes since im transferring back from gen 5 to gen 4

You can always use the batch editor to set all PP Ups back to 0 and HealPP.
