Is it possible trigger WISHMKR Jirachi event without the disc?

Hey, 

I have a EZ-Flash omega and I'd really like to attempt to shiny hunt Jirachi in Pokemon Sapphire. However, I haven't been able to find any way to trick the game into thinking that I've used the colosseum bonus disc. So I was wondering if there was any way to easily modify my game in order to trigger this on demand?

The event is given by the disk. The event 'command' isn't stored on RS.

Ah okay, appreciate the quick response. So without the disc, is it then actually just impossible to hunt for a shiny Jirachi?

For the shiny WISHMAKR legitimately, yea.

Unfortunate, is there any other shiny hunting method that I'm missing?

Legitimately no. To date, any other way of getting the WISHMKR isn’t legitimate.

If you don’t care about legitimacy, and all you care about is getting a shiny Jirachi, you could just hack a Jirachi wonder card (a non Gen 4 one), and keep redeeming the event in-game to check if it’s shiny or not.
