Unsupported file type/size

Hello, I'm trying to load my Pokémon Crystal save data in PKHeX but I keep running into this error:

I'm using a Flash Boy (Chinese crappy hardware) combined with the GBX Driver 2.8 software to pull the Sav file from my original Cart and when I try to open the Sav file in PKHeX and the error occurs.

I saw a previous post with suggestions to: 

• Save twice
• Have the PC box accessible 
• And have a starter
• Have the Latest PKHeX software (Last upload via ProjectPokémon Wednesday at 04:07 AM)

I have tested these solutions with no success. Here is the Sav file if anybody would like to try and figure this out? or maybe offer some new solutions.

The only other thing I can think of is that the Flash Boy isn't downloading the Sav data correctly. Maybe it's just a simple fix.

Bad dump.

Open it in a hex editor and you'll see the data be "FF" starting a few hundred bytes in.
