PKHex not detecting steam deck RetroArch saves.

About a month and a half ago I downloaded PKHex on steam deck and for the most part it worked ok(occasional crashes and what not but nothing serious). After maybe 20 hours of playing and editing Pokemon Silver, PKHex no longer detects the save. It's still in that folder but it's not in the folder when I go to load it into PKHex. It loaded .srm files fine for the longest time and now it doesn't. I've tried disabling save compression in RetroArch and that didn't work either and I don't use saves states. Google searching hasn't yielded any answers either so I'm on the verge of just giving up. Any help would be awesome.

If you use a converter to change the SRM to SAV does PKHeX load the save?

Yes, I just did and it still doesn't show up. Also forgot to mention that I have Soul silver and white 2 .sav files that don't show up either.

Edit: I feel like a complete idiot. It wasn't showing up because I had to scroll down the list. The list just got bigger as I played more games.
