Learns Earthquake and Stone Edge via TR. You're probably missing TR flags. (hint: the Relearn Flags button) Next up, Invalid Encounter PID mismatch. You probably made the stunfisk from scratch, or modified some of its PIDs/IVs etc. Most Gen 8 encounters have correlated stats. You can't just edit them willy-nilly.
