That's it, the question on the topic name: Is there any easy way to translate Height and Weight from Pokemon Go(Ms and KGs) into PKHex Values (0-255)?

For example I caught a Pidgey on GO, and was XXS on weight; so its easy, its 255 value on PKHex. But what about height? How can I know without uploading Pidgey to Home, download Pidgey into any Switch game, and sending savefile into PC?

I don’t think that GO -> HOME transfers used those values? Do some transfers and double check
