Pokemon Insurgence

SO! I've done a bit of research regarding the use of PKHex, and haven't found anything that shows that pkhex is even compatible with insurgence, i'd assume it is but i'm not entirely sure! also, what is the WORST possible thing that could happen using it? would it result in legal issues like me possibly getting sued? i know that's probably very unlikely but i'm just making sure

PKHeX doesn’t support rom hacks. And even then, Insurgence looks like it’s built differently anyway, in a fashion that won’t by supported.

 

PKHeX works with saves from actual Pokémon games, that are from Nintendo consoles. Given Insurgence is a RPG Maker game, I thought it’s data don't fit that model.
