Help! About the Inventory Editor

Why are non-existing items shown in the inventory editor?

I'm pretty sure the items were sold.

Is there any harm? How to deal with it?

They game keeps track of the items you have already found even if you have none of the remaining so that when you inevitably get more it won't show the new item again. So they aren't a harm.

If you still want to remove then for any reason, you should just be able to select None from the dropdown to remove it. But, then you would probably need to click the sort button since I don't know how the game handles empty spots between actual items.
