Regional Form Eggs

I noticed in the Encounter Database that region exclusive Regional Forms like Raichu, Braviary, Avalugg, etc. have eggs assigned to them.

I like to collect every Pokemon in each game's Regional Dex with all their gender differences, forms, etc. This was initially annoying in SwSh until they started popping up in Raids and the DLC. Giving them eggs is a little weird. Personally, I'd rather have an Alola Stone/Galar Stone/Hisui Stone or something to evolve them, but if I can get them at all, I won't complain.

So, for when HOME compatibility drops and I need to do this legit, I was experimenting with tossing an Alolan Raichu into a picnic with an Everstone (the way regional forms were previously passed down) and came up empty handed.

Do we already know how to trigger these kind of unique eggs? Or are they just extra data that can't currently be utilized without a DLC item for now or something?

Just ignore those egg templates, they're not legal because the evolution chain for them does not exist to obtain the base species.
