Can't load SV 1.01 save with latest pkhex (221201)

I am not sure why my thread was locked but I am having issues loading 1.01 or even 1.00 SV saves into pkhex 221201. I still get the same error I had before. would appreciate if someone can help. I don't have whatever latest update there is, the base version save does not even load with the same error too so I don't think it has anything to do with pkhex not supporting latest version because it's not updated yet(according to what was mentioned in the previous thread I asked for help before it got locked).

What method are you using to get the save from your Switch to your PC? Because, if it is using FTP it could be like the file type issue that was found and resolved on the post below. Otherwise, yout best option might be to make a ticket on the PKHeX GitHub.

Oh I'm actually playing via an emulator called ryujinx and I'm not sure why the save file it makes when saving in game is always 1kb more than others.
