i cant transfer pokemon from past generations to the 9th

hello, i resently try to add my pokemon team to scarlet through pkhex, but when i add them apears like a clear square, there itsa a problem with the tool or its a problem of the game, i hope you can awnser me, thank you

Until transfering is officially possible through Home transfering through PKHeX won't be possible as well. Wait until Home gets updated in a few months.
