Bugs in PkHex v.221126

Hi, I wanted to report a couple of bugs that occur to me in the latest version of PkHex (221126).

As soon as I open my game (new, unmodified) I get some pokémon with the "!". They are Pokémon captured during the adventure, so they can't be illegal.
The general warning says the following:

- Invalid Move 1: Invalid Move.
- Invalid: Unable to match an encounter from origin game.
- Invalid: Encryption Constant matches PID.
- Invalid: Ability mismatch for encounter.

1. Default annihilate is obviously illegal

2. Marks and crossover location encounters are already known and mentioned in the change log. More time is needed to correctly recognize them.
