can't find "zone unlock cheat"

So the SV update seems to work perfectly for me. That said, I can't for the life of me find the, "Gen9 SV zone unlock cheat to fly to all locations." that was in the changelog. Am I missing something?

Wasn't actually implemented (I misremembered); should be in the next release in the next day or so.
