PKHeX File Size too large

So I have been playing a nuzlocke of Pokemon X and after losing the first run I went ahead and started a new save file by using the shortcut on the main menu to delete my save data, and now when I am going in to give myself rare candies, because grinding is cringe and cheating is based, I now get the error message that my file size is too large. I also use PKHeX to give my Pokemon max happiness if they are a happiness evolution and also sometimes I accidentally hit B when going to give a Pokemon a nickname, so I also use PKHeX to give the Pokemon a nickname. I am streaming this so PKHeX really helps keep my streams going quickly as I don't have to stop and grind, so can someone please help me with this? The file is too big to attach to this post so IDK how to give you the file.

Save in-game correctly and export your save again.

I've seen the error of my ways, I hadn't used PKHeX in over a month and was trying to use the rom in order to open the save file, not moving the save file, my bad and thanks for the help!
