Pokémon Colosseum Umbreon and Espeon again in Motorcycle

At the beginning of Pokémon Colosseum you ride the motorcycle with Umbreon and Espeon. But after the events with Rui in Phenac, she rides with you. Can you ride with Umbreon and Espeon again via Save Editing or Rom Editing? Unfortunately you can't save before Phenac to find a possible flag.

Save editing won't get you there. You have to change the actual game code, which may or may not be possible (and definitely not easy)
