DPPT dual-slot function

With PKHeX can you somehow enable the dual-slot feature for DPPT? Originally you would need an DSi and a GBA game. Then you'd "unlock" some new pokemon in DPPT. But I just have an cfw/homebrew 2ds :,(

Save editors cannot change the way the ROM behaves when it comes to checking if hardware is currently inserted.

Get a NDS or emulate an NDS, or use a cheat code that changes the ROM's code while the game is running.
