Importing wc3 files to PKHex

Is there a way to do this process? I know that dragging the file to PKHex doesn't work, I've searched the tutorials for a while and haven't found anything either.

You can use this plugin (but it's currently broken with newer PKHeX version, so you have to use an old one).

Or you can use this stand-alone software.
