I can't take my pokemons from johto to hoenn: error: "no files loaded"

I've been trying for a few days to load my pokemons that are in a folder, whose folder was the one I saved, but whenever I go to load boxes it always gives the error: "no file loaded", please help me with that

You can drag & drop individual files or folders in.

 

You will need to elaborate on what you are trying to load, and where/how you are trying to load it.

i'm trying to load the pokemons i caught in johto, and trying to take them to hoenn, to load these pokemons i do this: i open pkhex > file > open > Deluxe Emerald.sav > tools > data > load boxes > select the folder in that I saved my pokemons from johto > yes > yes, but it always appears: "Alert: no files loaded".

So many things wrong with what you said:

1. "Deluxe Emerald" -- pkhex doesn't intend to support ROM hacks

2. Importing from Johto: There's been multiple games that can visit Johto -- Gold/Silver/HeartGold/SoulSilver.

3. Not saying what types of files you are trying to import.

With the above content, it is assumed you are trying to import data from Gen2 or Gen4, into Gen3. Neither of which can transfer into those games legitimately, hence the lack of anything transferring. Working as intended.
