Invalid move. [Gen-1]

For some reason when I use any Pokemon in my fire red save in pkhex and try to add it in like e.g teddiursa, it still says invalid move even when I use a move that they should know at level 5 in gen3. Please help

Don't make things from scratch; either edit from an existing Pokémon or use the encounter database.

Legality checker flags more things than moves.
