Cant do all the form of Flabebe etc

On my Ultra moon copy save, im trying to do all the colori form of flabebe and his evolution, both shiny and not shiny, but , they all pass legality test, but when i try to transfer them to Pokémon Homs: “transfer error, retry”.

i try to retry, but nothing. 
what’s should I do?

Try transferring a different mon and let us know how it goes.

also, let us take a look at this Flabebe file.
