Missing Pokemon in encounter database BDSP

I just tried doing a pkhex file for Beldum/Metang?Metagross in BDSP and there is no data. I had to recheck my version, and the game to ensure that Beldum was indeed an encounter, and sure enough PKHeX is missing that mon and his line and probably others.

No, it works fine. You likely are trying to view the encounter database while using a Legends: Arceus save file, where Beldum+ do not exist.
