HELP! PLA save data file corrupted

I edited my files with pkhex, and overwrote the "main", "main2" and "backup" file (I used to do that with SWSH and it always worked). But now, I get a message telling me to delete my save file because it is corrupted. Is there any way I can get my save file back? Or is it gone for good?

delete main2, then restore into the game.
Main2 is not a save file, overwriting it is wrong.

For future reference, overwriting just main is enough. If you feel paranoid and want to overwrite other files, check their file size first. If they’re not the same as main, they should not be overwritten.
