Trying to add hight and weight to my gen 3 (pokemon colosium) t-tar

I keep on getting a message that says: incroectly trasferd from revious genoration. I have attached the file. How do i fix this.

Height and weight didn’t exist before Let’s GO Pikachu and Eevee. Therefore adding in info that the Pokémon shouldn’t have will make it illegal. Set both to 0 to fix the issue.
