Pokedex problem

So, I was been using Pkhex for completing the pokedex for Legends Arceus. I had caught 236 pokemon. The pokemon I didn't caught were Goodra, Enamorus, Ursaluna and Dustox. I was using PkHex for completing the pokedex by editing "total number caught" for those pokemon. And when I used it and opened the game, it showed me those pokemon are caught. But in the pokedex, when I press 'X" button and where it shows, "--- pokemon registered". It was still showing to me that 236 pokemon are registered.

And now, even if I catch the pokemon myself, it still shows 236 registered. Because of that, I am also unable to summon Arceus. Please help me in this situation.

Did you make sure to register the newly caught pokemon with the professor? I have not finished the pokedex in my main save so not sure on the process or how it is supposed to go after you catch all the pokemon.

Yeah, I reported the pokedex data to the professor. 

After finishing pokedex, we are supposed to go to temple of sinnoh to catch arceus but because I am unable to update my pokedex from 236 to 240, I am not able to summon arceus

Did you report progress to the professor? Also, extract your current save file to double check the changes you made are recognized by PKHeX.

The Pokedex is 241 Pokemon. Have you captured any Unown? Maybe it's the one you are missing since Unown can't be checked using PKHex

Yes, I have captured unowns. It's not the one I am missing. I am sure

Yes, I reported progress to professor. I have also double checked that the changes I made are recognized by pkhex

 

Is there any solution to that?

 

Please tell me if there is any solution anybody is aware of. It will be really appreciated.
