i have been trying to get a 4 31 iv cresselia to the way i want it(doesn't even need to be shiny) but no such luck is there an update to Overworld8PID for BDSP? the Cresselia in question

Cresselia uses Roaming8 PID, of course existing methods won't work. It's a new method.

I've not yet released a new version; it's still in testing.
