Can't trigger Shaymin and Darkrai event in BD

I can't trigger the Shaymin a event by only holding Professor Oak's letter. Darkrai is also the same problem. I think I need to check the event flag name box. But I don't know what is the event flag name for Shaymin and Darkrai. Can I have the event flag name for triggering the Shaymin and Darkrai Event?
