bugreport Posted November 22, 2021 Posted November 22, 2021 There seems to be a bug in pkhex that makes all the hm moves in the poketech appear available after editing a save
Kaphotics Posted November 22, 2021 Posted November 22, 2021 Too vague. Event flags and giving items too early can result in the behavior, but not just by resaving within PKHeX.
