BPSD Reset Dialga/Palkia encounter

Hello,

I didn't play the original games so I wasn't prepared to fight Dialga and saved stucked in front of him, forced to engage to pursue story. I captured him but I would have come back later to shiny hunt him, I cleared the game but still regret. Is it possible to turn off this encounter flag in pkhex or hexadecimal?

There was on older games but I get why that's not a thing anymore, well here's to feeling meh for a couple days
