Did you export the edited save from PKHeX?
Did you restore the edited save into your game?
Did you load the saves normally? (as opposed to loading state saves)

Made pokemon legal and it still doesnt work

 

I exported the main into the game and i dont know how to restore the edited save into my game and im just loading state saves

Load the game without loading save states.

 

And please stop multi-posting. Either think long and hard before you post, so that they're all in one post; or edit any new info into your latest unanswered post.
