Pokemon XD Growlithe help

Sorry sir, I have little question about my growlite in pokemon xd that so hard to get perfect IV & SHINY because of PID problem, can you help me to solve this problem to make the pokemon to be legal plsss.

Search for a PID that results in perfect IVs first (search it as unshiny). You can use Eligor to do that.

Once you done that, search for a TID/SID combo that would allow it to be shiny.

Also, don't ask for help in guides/tutorials. It is the wrong section. I've split your post out.
